INSTANT GINGER POWDER
Ginger is generally classified into two categories, yellow ginger that is mainly grown in northern China and the southern ginger that grows in southern China. Gingerroots contain high levels of volatile oils, gingeral, zingiberene, amino acids including glutamic acid, glycine, alanice and carbohydrates, etc. In Chinese ancient medicine, gingerroots were recorded in many applications.
